Oolong Tea Weight Loss Plan
March 11th, 2011I would bet there are a lot fewer people who never have to worry about their weight. I’ve considered a lot of different diet plans including an oolong tea weight loss plan. I really like oolong tea and find this diet appealing. I’ve also considered a green tea weight loss program, but don’t much care for green tea. I’ve read that green tea is really good for you because of the antioxidants it has. So, I’ve often brewed my oolong tea and included a bag of green tea just for good measure. Most diets usually have a reduced calorie menu that needs to be followed along with an exercise program and drinking lots of water every day. I always thought this was the prescribed method to lose weight anyway.
For most people, the exercise alone would probably cause them to lose weight. I find that exercising usually reduces my appetite too. I suspect I’m just too tired to even think about eating anything. I think I’ve been on every diet on the planet. Most of them are really boring and although they will all work, a lot of them are not healthy and usually fail because you can’t stand to be on them long enough to lose the weight you want to lose. I guess if you only had five to ten pounds to lose, you might succeed, but most people don’t have a problem losing that small amount of weight. The people with fifty or more pounds to lose are looking for a miracle and definitely something short term. Once they are off the diet, they just return to business as usual, eating anything they want, not exercising anymore and lo and behold, not only do they regain the weight they lost, they put on a few more pounds to boot. I think one of the most successful and healthy diets is the low-glycemic diet that features small healthy meals eaten five to six times a day. This diet keeps the metabolism running at its best to burn the calories eaten and more. Add exercise and the weight will drop. Furthermore, you don’t feel hungry on this diet because you are eating every two to three hours. Drinking all the prescribed water, eight to ten glasses per day, will keep you feeling full and not as hungry. Incidentally, water is water, including that which is hot and has an herbal tea bag in it.
